A 22-year-old learner motorcyclist was caught speeding on the Midland Highway by Tasmania Police on Saturday.
Northern Road and Public Order Services detected a black Harley Davidson motorcycle speeding near Symmons Plains about 3.15pm.
The 22-year-old rider was an L1 licence holder, and was clocked speeding at 134km/h.

According to police, the Scamander resident was also not displaying his L plates either.
The man was disqualified from driving for four months, received six demerit points and was fined $1075.
The bike has been impounded for 28 days.
