While there certainly won’t be much snow in Tasmania over the coming days, frosty mornings are still predicted by the Bureau of Meteorology.
BOM forcaster Glen Perrin said weather across Sunday and Monday would be mostly fine, with a risk of showers across the South Coast and North East.
He said, however there will be icy starts to each day.
In other news:
Launceston’s minimum will be -2 degrees with a maximum of 14 on Sunday, with Monday bringing a minimum of -1.
Mr Perrin said the colder morning on Sunday has resulted in road weather alert being issued for the Central North, Midlands, Central Plateau, Upper Derwent Valley and South East.
